Women's team win vs. Vllaznia Shkodër

The Paris Saint-Germain women's team scored a 4-0 win in their UEFA Women's Champions League encounter in Albania.

After picking up a big win in the league against Paris FC (0-1), Paris Saint-Germain were in continental action on Matchday 4 of the group phase.

At the Loro Borici Stadium, Gérard Prêcheur lined up with Constance Picaud in goal, Elisa De Almeida and Li Mengwen in defence, and young Parisian Laurina Fazer alongside Yang Lina in midfield.

The Parisians immediately proved dangerous with Kadidiatou Diani crossing for Lieke Martens, whose looping header struck the bar. The Netherlands international forward then won a penalty that Diani converted to open the scoring (0-1, 19').

Martens then sent over the cross from which Diani doubled her own tally and her team's from close range (0-2, 36') to give the visitors a comfortable half-time advantage.

The interval did nothing to diminish the Parisians' determination to press forward, and Ramona Bachmann fired in a superb third on the hour mark (0-3, 60').

A number of substitutions were then made, but there was no change in the Parisians' style of play, and Magnaba Folquet curled home a fourth to underline her side's superiority (0-4, 81').

The Parisians now have a crucial league trip to Lyon on Sunday (9pm CET) before hosting Real Madrid at the Parc des Princes in their next European outing.
