Women's team takes down Juventus in the final

Olivier Echouafni's squad claimed the Women's International Cup with a comfortable win over the bianconeri in Switzerland.

The Parisians made an instant impression against the Italian champions, dominating the game and taking the lead after the half-hour mark. Jordyn Huitema saw one effort saved (31'), and the young Canadian then hit the woodwork - Léa Khelifi was handily placed to open the scoring (0-1, 34'). Huitema quickly made it two to cap an impressive first-half display (0-2, 41').

Just before the hour-mark, the 18-year-old forward added her second of the game (0-3, 58') with Nadia Nadim wrapping things up from the penalty spot (0-4, 74'). It was the perfect end to the Rouge-et-Bleu's pre-season preparations as they now begin their league campaign against ASJ Soyaux at the Stade Jean-Bouin next Sunday.
