Women's team score big win against Mazères

Olivier Echouafni's side won 9-0 to race into the next round of the Coupe de France.

The Rouge-et-Bleu are through to the Last 16 with a commanding performance in the Pyrénées.

Katoto finished off a Nadim corner to open the scoring (1-0, 13') and then intelligently let the ball run from a Glas cross for Lawrence to make it two-nil soon after (2-0, 25'). Katoto then teed up Nadim for a third (3-0, 32') with Khélifi adding a fourth just before the break (4-0, 44').

That goal had been set up by Geyoro, who turned scorer to net number five (5-0, 56'), Paredes made it six from Glas' cross (6-0, 65'), and Boussaha scored the seventh from the spot after Huitema had been fouled (7-0, 84')

Nadim pulled the ball back for Baltimore to steer into the empty net (8-0, 87'), and Boussaha scored her second of the match to cap the win in added time (9-0, 90+1').

The draw for the next round will be staged on 14 January with the ties played 1/2 February.
