Women's team maintain momentum in Bordeaux

After clinching their place in the UEFA Women's Champions League quarter-finals, Olivier Echouafni's team triumphed at Bordeaux to keep their momentum ahead of the top-of-the-table encounter with Lyon on 18 November.

The Parisians quickly took control of the game. From Wang's cross, Marie-Antoinette Katoto headed home to give her side an early lead (1-0, 9').

The Rouge et Bleu had the game under control, and led at the break. The hosts were more enterprising in the second half, but Paris pushed back and doubled their lead.

Diani provided the breathing space, taking advantage of a mistake in the Bordeaux defence to fire home (2-0, 83') and secure the Rouge-et-Bleu another win.
