UEFA Women's Champions League: A guide to the draw

The draw for Round 2 of the UEFA Women's Champions League play-offs takes place at 1pm on Monday 9 September. Here are the details.

As things stand, only four teams are guaranteed a place in the group stage of the UEFA Women's Champions League. Chelsea, Lyon, Barcelona and Bayern, champions of their respective countries, will be seeded when the draw for the group phase is made on 27 September.

Still in a format of 4 groups of 4 teams, the remaining 12 teams that will join the groups for 2024-2025 have yet to be decided. Seven teams will join via the Champions Route (teams who won their league), and five via the League Route (teams who qualified via the qualifying places in their league).
