Thiniba Samoura signs her first professional contract with Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain are delighted to announce the arrival of Thiniba Samoura. The central defender has signed her first professional contract and will be tied to the Club until June 2026.

Thiniba Samoura began playing football at the age of 11 in Thiais (Val-de-Marne), before joining Paris Football Club's youth academy four years later. After playing at U16 and U19 level, the Parisian made her first-team debut against Dijon FCO in November 2021. Since then, the young defender has played 9 D1 Arkema matches and 1 Coupe de France match for PFC.

A regular in the national youth set-up, Thiniba Samoura has played 29 times for France at U16, U19 and U20 level. This summer, she took part in the Euro U19 alongside other young Parisians such as Baby-Jordy Benera, Tara Elimbi-Gilbert and Fanny Rossi. Although she was eliminated in the semi-final, the defender nonetheless featured in the tournament's best 11.
