The Women's Team touches down in Portland
The Paris Saint-Germain Women's team has arrived in Portland, Oregon, on the first stop of their pre-season tour of the USA.
The squad had a light first day on the West Coast. After a recovery session in the morning, the afternoon was more testing as the squad gear up for their matches.
"I thought this morning would be tougher after the journey, but the legs were OK! We got back into things gently. We've got everything we need to prepare well. The weather is good, the pitch is too, it's perfect," said Eve Perisset.
"Firstly, we want to get back into shape physically. After that, we'll start the friendlies, play together to get to know the young players coming through, and work on what the coach wants. It's going to be a very important trip in terms of building squad unity."
