The women's team is back in training
Three days out from the start of the 2023 Women's World Cup, our players who remained in Paris are back in training.
On Monday 17 July, the players from the club from the capital had their first opportunity to take to the pitch at Camp des Loges, the new home of Paris Saint-Germain's women's section for the next six months, before moving to the PSG Campus in 2024. It's the perfect opportunity for players who won't be taking part in the World Cup to get back into the swing of things.
Gérard Prêcheur will have three weeks to prepare his squad before starting a series of friendlies against Le Havre on 12 August, PSV Eindhoven on 18 August and Montpellier a week later. The French runners-up will then play in the Amos Women's French Cup 2023 in Colomiers from 28 to 31 August. Their first official match will be against Olympique Lyonnais in the Trophée des Championnes at the Stade de l'Aube in Troyes on Sunday 10 September, less than a week before the opening day of the league season against Bordeaux.
