The Parisians stay perfect

The Paris Saint-Germain women's team registered a 3-0 win over Montpellier at the Stade Bernard Gasset on Sunday in their fourth league game of the season.

The Rouge-et-Bleu quickly seized the initiative in this contest between two of this season's title challengers. Diallo sent Wang clear on the left, and her cross to the back post was headed in by Bruun (0-1, 16'). After that, Katoto took centre stage. Diani accelerated from midfield before finding her teammate, who stepped around Sembrant's challenge before firing home from a tight angle on the right (0-2, 33'). A little before the hour mark, Katoto picked the ball up in the Montpellier half and moved forward, eventually dispatching the ball into the net (0-3, 58') to give Olivier Echouafni's players a fourth successive league win.

Next up, the UEFA Women's Champions League Last 32 second leg against St.Pölten at the Stade Jean Bouin (kick-off 19:00CEST) on 27 September.
