Romée Leuchter signs for Paris Saint-Germain

Paris Saint-Germain are delighted to announce the arrival of Dutch international striker Romée Leuchter, who is joining the club on a three-year deal.

Born in Heerlen (Netherlands), Romée Leuchter began her football career at CTO Zuid. She then signed for PSV Eindhoven, where the striker played her first professional match in 2019 and won her first Dutch Cup in 2021.

The Dutch international signed for Ajax Amsterdam in 2021. Romée Leuchter has left an indelible mark on Ajax, becoming the club's all-time top scorer at just 23, with 87 goals in 98 games. In three seasons, she also provided 21 assists and won the Dutch league championship (2023) as well as two Dutch Cups (2022, 2024).

The new Parisienne made her national team debut in February 2022, during the Tournoi de France, in a 1-1 draw with Brazil. Since then, she has played 14 matches and scored 2 goals.

"It's an honour to be joining Paris Saint-Germain today. The club is very ambitious, and its sporting project is particularly attractive. I'm really looking forward to starting this new adventure and doing my utmost to contribute to the team's future success.”
