Paris trio get France World Cup call

Eve Périsset, Grace Geyoro and Kadidiatou Diani have been included in the France squad that will contest the Women's World Cup on home soil this summer.

France coach Corinne Diacre revealed the 23-strong squad on French TV on Thursday night.

France start the tournament against South Korea at the Parc des Princes on 7 June, a familiar setting for Paris trio Ève Périsset (13 caps), Grace Geyoro (20 caps) and Kadidiatou Diani (45 caps).

The Paris Saint-Germain players will try to emulate the global triumph of Kylian Mbappé, Alphonse Areola and Presnel Kimpembe in Russia last summer.
