Les Parisiennes arrive in Strasbourg!
The Paris Saint-Germain Women's team arrived in Strasbourg on Wednesday afternoon head of Thursday's Coupe de France final against European champions Lyon at the Stade de la Meinau.
The Paris squad arrived in Strasbourg early on Wednesday afternoon and headed straight to the team hotel, just a few kilometres from the Stade de la Meinau, the scene of the 2018 Coupe de France final between Les Rouge et Bleu and Olympique Lyonnais.
On a glorious late Spring afternoon, the capital club will train at La Meinau one last time ahead of Thursday evening's clash with OL (Kick-off 21:00 CET).
The squad is desperate to finish the season on a high, as Irène Paredes told PSG TV before the trip to Alsace: "The squad is ready and motivated for this match, the final game of the seasoi and a Cup final. I hope we are going to play well, we worked very hard to get here."
In a replay of last year's final, Les Rouge et Bleu will be looking forward to bringing a trophy back to the French capital after a season of high's and lows that finished with the club qualifying for the Champions League next season, and offer Laure Boulleau the pefect send off!
