Hanna Glas and Sweden knock out Germany

The Scandinavian nation registered a 2-1 win in Rennes to progress to the FIFA Women's World Cup semi-finals.

The Parisian defender could not prevent her country conceding an early goal, but they came through in the second half against new Rouge-et-Bleu addition, Sara Däbritz, who started the game for Germany.

Sweden now face the Netherlands in the last four after they knocked out Italy.
