Griedge Mbock started her professional career at Saint-Brieuc in 2010, before it joined with En Avant Guingamp in 2011. Her performances saw her named Young Player of the Year in 2013 and 2014.

In summer 2015, she joined Olympique Lyonnais, playing 190 games in all competitions and scoring 37 goals in her seven seasons there.

With OL, Griedge Mbock won six Women’s Champions Leagues, seven French league titles, four Coupes de France and three Trophées des Championnes. The 29-year-old was also named in the D1 Arkema Team of the Season in 2022 and 2024.
