Grace Geyoro: 'A real battle'

The Paris Saint-Germain midfielder is ready to roll her sleeves up as the capital club prepares for Wednesday's UEFA Women's Champions League semi-final against Lyon.

Grace, what's your analysis of the quarter-final win over Arsenal?
"It was a quarter-final, and we wanted to reach the semis. We'd really been looking forward to the game and of course we were really determined. We gave everything. We put in the intensity required, made a lot of chances and accelerated our game. We were also clinical."

You get the impression that the team has learned this season...
"Last year, Chelsea knocked us out. We know it's never easy to play English teams. We prepared well for Arsenal, we knew what to expect. We had time to prepare for the game, the draw had taken place some months before. We were able to analyse our opponents, learn their strengths and weaknesses."

Next up, Lyon...
"We know this team very well, just as they know us! We're going to give our all once again, we're going to try and play our game, to do what we did in the Coupe de France, try to do better, and hope that at the end we'll have qualified for the final."

What kind of game can we expect on Wednesday?
"We've shown for a while now we can match this very good Lyon side. We don't suffer against them as we did before, we manage to create chances and make them suffer too. We know that in big games, small details count enormously. It'll be a real battle, just as it is against Lyon, and we're going to prepare ourselves well for this game."
