Grace Geyoro: 'A home stretch with a lot at stake'

Paris Saint-Germain Women coach Gérard Prêcheur and captain Grace Geyoro looked back on the D1 Arkema Round 20 match against Paris FC (0-0) this Sunday, 7 May, at the Stade Georges Lefèvre in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

GÉRARD PRÊCHEUR :

"I'm happy with the result. We will play a final against Lyon in the Coupe de France next week, then in two weeks against the same opponent in the championship, for the title. I am very happy to arrive in May with these two finals despite the season we are going through. What changes with this draw is that if we win in D1 against Lyon, we will also have to win in Soyaux. We can still regain top spot in two weeks whenOlympique Lyonnais come to the Parc des Princes.

"We know that Lyon are intrinsically superior to us, but it will be two 90-minute games. It's great to have these two games to play. And then, with all the work that we do, I tell myself that it is not possible that some players can not score. I think and hope they saved that little goal for the next two games."

Grace geyoro :

"It was a game with a lot of duels and aggression. For sure, we would have preferred to win this game, but we still managed to get a point. It's up to us to stay focused on the next championship game in two weeks, against OL. We have a home stretch with a lot at stake, and we want to achieve our goals so we will give our best. And even if I would have preferred to win, playing my 200th game with Paris Saint-Germain today is a source of pride."
