France make winning start

Parisians Ève Périsset, Grace Geyoro and Kadidiatou Diani helped the host nation kick off the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup on the high note of a 4-0 win over South Korea at the Parc des Princes.

While Diani started the game, her capital club teammates came off the bench. The other game in the group sees Norway face Nigeria in Reims on Saturday. France now play Norway in Nice on Wednesday.
