France beat Belgium to reach the quarters

The French women's team beat Belgium 2-1 on the second matchday of the group stage of the UEFA Women's Euro Championship England 2022.

Corinne Diacre's players qualified for the quarter-finals even before playing the third match of the group phase against Iceland, scheduled for 21:00 next Monday.

Kadidiatou Diani opened the scoring for Les Bleues, teed up by Sakina Karchaoui.
