First training session for Mary Earps and Romée Leuchter, Jackie Groenen returns

Paris Saint-Germain's two new signings - goalkeeper Mary Earps and striker Romée Leuchter - got their first taste of the PSG Campus on Monday 29 July, accompanied by Dutch international midfielder Jackie Groenen, who is back in training.

In the morning, the two recruits left their hotel together for Poissy, where they met the staff and their team-mates. Before signing for the capital club in the summer, the two players had taken part in the final matches of the Women's European Qualifiers with their respective national teams - they helped England and the Netherlands qualify for the UEFA Women's Euro 2025 finals, which take place from Wednesday 2 to Sunday 27 July in Switzerland - before enjoying a well-deserved rest.

The two newcomers to Paris were accompanied by another Dutch international, Jackie Groenen, also back after the international break and her holidays. The three first took part in a group activation session in the gym before heading out onto the pitch for a group jog, followed by a warm-up and ball exercises. They concluded their working day in the middle of the afternoon with a strength training session.

"The PSG Campus is magnificent, very modern, with many facilities ideal for performance," Nottingham native Earps explained to PSG TV. "The pitch is superb, and the weather was perfect. It's fantastic! It went well and I was happy to be back on the pitch. Now I can't wait to get back in goal, because that's what I love!"
