Diallo: 'Like a final'

On the eve of Paris Saint-Germain's top of the table clash away to Olympique Lyonnais in Week 20 of the Women's D1, France international Aminata Diallo spoke about the match:

Aminata, how do you feel ahead of this big match against Lyon?
"Really good! We are fully focused, preparing well for our last huge match of the season. Both teams have a lot of individual and collective qualities. The motivation and desire will be very important and might even make the difference. We will prepare like we always do and be fully concentratd... it's going to be intense. The winner will have a great chance to be crowned champions."

How do you beat a side that is almost unbeatable at home?
"Since I've played for Paris, we've never managed to beat Lyon in Lyon. But for the first time, we are level on points with them with just three games left to play... This match is like a final."

What are the strengths of this young Paris side against an experienced Lyon?
"Lyon are scared of us because we are the only team that can compete with them in the Cup and in the league. They are a very good side and they are still competing in three competitions. But each year we get a little closer... They are not as invincible as before... It's true we have less experience and we have the odd lapse in concentration, but we have to focus on our objectives and not make the same mistakes we made against Chelsea."

Is it hard to play against the red-hot favourite?
"We have nothing to lose. The fact Lyon are favourites doesn't scare us. They have won the league for the last 12 years. They are used to winning. Us on the other hand, we need to win. We have lost two trophies this year. There's only one left. We are fighters and we want to win everything."
