The Women's team host an Iraqi delegation

Hosted by the FFF throughout the week, a delegation of around 30 Iraqi footballers were invited by Paris Saint-Germain to visit the Camp des Loges and take part in a training session on the pitches of the club's training ground.

As part of a partnership dedicated to the development of Women's football between the French Embassy in Irak and the Fédération Française de Football, thirty-five young Iraqi women travelled to Clairefontaine this week. Aged between 14 and 30 years old, these youngsters took part in no less than six training sessions under the supervision of coaches from the CNF.

As a real supporter of this initiative, Paris Saint-Germain welcomed the delegation on Thursday. On the programme for the immersive day, a visit of the Camp des Loges and a training session led by Gérard Prêcheur and his coaching staff. From the tour to the warm-up and practical drills, the day offered an opportunity to share experiences between the Women's team's coaching staff and the Iraqi delegation.

Wadee Al Batti, Iraqi Ambassador in France shared his thoughts after the training session: "I am very happy to be here at Paris Saint-Germain today to take part in our delegation's training session. We need to take this partnership even further. I have the feeling that we need to continue in this light. Thank you very much to the club for welcoming us here, at their home. Thank you very much for the whole of this day."

A day at the heart of Paris Saint-Germain life, which these women will remember for a very long time...
