A draw for Bachmann and Calligaris' Switzerland to qualify for Round of 16

Ramona Bachmann and Viola Calligaris' Switzerland side drew 0-0 with New Zealand on Matchday 3 of the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup Australia-New Zealand.

Switzerland have therefore qualified for the Round of 16 of the competition, finishing top of Group A with 5 points, ahead of Norway (4pts, +5), New Zealand (4pts, 0) and the Philippines (3pts).

Ramona Bachmann, Viola Calligaris and their teammates will face the team that finish in second place in Group C on Saturday 5 August, at 7:00 (French time).
