Secours Populaire charity plays at the Parc!

At last year's annual Paris Saint-Germain Children First gala dinner, Arnaud Lagardère out bid everyone to acquire a full matchday experience at the Parc des Princes. He generously invited the Secours Populaire charity to organise a series of matches for refugees in Paris.

On Sunday 12 May, 30 refugees took part in a mini-tournament at the Parc des Princes, with another 60 people watching from the stands thanks to the kind offer of Arnaud Lagardère and the Secours Populaire charity.

It was an incredible moment for Issa from Nigéria and his friends: "It's a dream come true. It's incredible to play at the Parc des Princes. I never imagined I would get this opportunity. I'm very happy."

Sabrina Delannoy, deputy director of Paris Saint-Germain Children First declared: "We would like to thank Mr Lagardère for his generosity. Thanks to him, these youngsters were able to live ther dream of playing at the Parc des Princes. I'm sure these kids will have great memories of this day."

After the tournament, the guests visited the Parc des Princes and immersed themselves a little more in the history of the capital club.
