Raul Gonzalez: 'When they play like that, it's easier'

Read what Raul Gonzalez, Andreas Palicka and Jacob Holm had to say after their 34-27 win at Chartres in Liqui Moly Starligue Round 6.

RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):

"I think we were very focused in both defence and attack. We did everything well and got ahead quickly, so we were calmer in the second half. I think we should be happy because we play a lot of games. There's always a lot of pressure, but when they play like that, it's easier. You have to get into the habit of fighting every day."

JACOB HOLM (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL LEFT-BACK):

"I think we played a very good first half, leading by 11 goals at the break. The second half was more turbulent; we were less in control and that's why we only won by seven goals. It's always important to win games and I hope we can continue at this level."

ANDREAS PALICKA (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL GOALKEEPER):

"Leading by 11 goals at half-time is very good. Our last trip to Chartres was very difficult. We arrived focused and I'm very happy with the result. There are a lot of games, the pace is high and travelling here is always complicated. After our EHF Champions League match, it was even more difficult. With the back-to-back games, the team is a little tired, but we're working together to keep up the good work."
