Raul Gonzalez: 'On the road, it's always tough'

On Sunday afternoon, Paris Saint-Germain Handball brought back a win from Nancy (32-37), on the occasion of the Liqui Moly StarLigue's Round 21. Check out the reactions from Raul Gonzalez, Elohim Prandi and Loick Spady.

RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):

"On the road, it's always tough. But we can be happy because we have 21 wins in the league. We have to continue like this. We had to stop for the international break, but we had enough time to prepare for this game. We will have to do even better for the one on Wednesday, against Elverum. It will be different. It's the EHF Champions League! The group stage is over and we will have to be even more focused because we are facing a quality team. Otherwise, we will have problems there."

ELOHIM PRANDI (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL LEFT-BACK):

"We were able to score more goals than Nancy, but logically, after an international break there are always corrections to be made. Especially defensively, where we did not always help our 'keepers today. They are a good team with individual and collective qualities. They stick to their game plan. But we stayed focused on ourselves and we won. My return to action went very well. I was comfortable and physically I'm feel good. It's nice to be on the court and hold the ball. Especially in this arena, where there was a great atmosphere. I'm happy to be back in the squad and to live all this once more with my teammates. I took the time to analyse my game and see what I could improve. Today it worked out well and I hope it will be even better in the future."

LOICK SPADY (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL GOALKEEPER):

"We made the game a bit complicated... We have to play all 60 minutes, but we finished on a positive and that's what we have to remember. I came on in the last moments. Even if it's for just a minute, I give it my all. On Saturday, I played with the youth team against Annecy and we won (35-28). Right after, I took the train to Nancy. And here I am, so everything is moving very quickly. Playing with the senior team is very motivating."
