Noa Narcisse: "Give our very best"

Check out what Patrice Annonay, Noa Narcisse and Wallem Peleka had to say after Paris Saint-Germain Handball's 28-26 win at Aix on Liqui Moly StarLigue Matchday 10.

Patrice Annonay (Paris Saint-Germain Handball assistant coach):

"We knew it was going to be a tough game. Despite two key absentees, the players pulled together. We have to retain that team spirit. We knew we were going to make mistakes and that we'd have to hang in there right to the end. We weren't quite right and we didn't demand enough of ourselves, but the result is there. It's important for us because it means we can keep a hold of top spot."

Wallem Peleka (Paris Saint-Germain handball left-back):

"We started the game well, but Aix are a bold team who put up a good fight. We also got off to a good start in the second half before going into a major slump. We couldn't find the solutions offensively, but we knew that if we stayed solid defensively, we could get a result. It was a close game, but in the end we won and that's what matters. My last goal? I did what I always do, but things really went my way. It's good to have scored, but above all we managed to find the resources collectively. We need to keep up this progress, because it's going to be a difficult period ahead, but we're going to hang in there."

Noa Narcisse (Paris Saint-Germain handball left-back):

"It's always complicated to play away from home. We managed to do the basics despite the injuries, and that's always positive. When there are absentees, it's up to us, the youngsters from the youth academy, to step up and give our very best."
