Loïck Spady: 'So happy'

For his first senior-team appearance, Loïck Spady came on towards the end of the match as Paris Saint-Germain Handball notched a big win away to Saint-Raphaël (23-37) in their Lidl StarLigue Round 3 clash on Tuesday evening. Check out what our young goalkeeper, assistant coach Jesus Gonzalez and left-back Viran Morros had to say after the impressive win.

Jesus Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball assistant coach):
"We started well, both in attack and defense. It was a very nice collective performance. Saint-Raphaël are a very good team. It's important that we managed to play like this after our defeats in the Champions League. We're gaining confidence and becoming aware of our qualities. Everyone's playing and they all feels involved."

Loïck Spady (Paris Saint-Germain Handball goalkeeper):
"I'm very happy to come off the bench! I'm happy to have been able to play with the first team. When I saw the score move in favour of Paris, I said to myself that I had a chance. Even before I was on the court, I was focused. When it happened, I tried to show what I'm capable of. I will remember my first save for the rest of my life. I'm so happy!"

Viran Morros (Paris Saint-Germain Handball left back):
"We had a very good first half, with an excellent Vincent Gérard. When he's like that, it makes thing easier for us. The whole team was very concentrated and put a lot of intensity into the match. We have to keep it up! We have to play every game like that, putting a lot of rhythm and quickly building a lead."
