Les Bleus: Six Parisians get the call
Le sélectionneur de l’équipe de France, Guillaume Gille, a dressé une liste de 23 joueurs qui prendront part à la première étape de la Golden League. On y retrouve six de nos Parisiens.
First of all, the France coaching staff have decided to stick with the players who won the gold medal at the recent Olympic Games. Vincent Gérard, Nikola Karabatic, Luka Karabatic and Nedim Remili will all be part of the team (Yann Genty, also an Olympic champion, has retired from international football). These four champions will be accompanied by Benoît Kounkoud and Elohim Prandi, who are back in the France squad.
Les Bleus will travel to Norway at the beginning of November for the first stage of the Golden League. There they will face Denmark (Saturday 6 November, 14:15) and the host country (Sunday 7 November, 14:15).
