Henrik Toft Hansen: 'Not everything was perfect'

After Paris Saint-Germain Handball's 28-24 victory over Créteil in their Lidl StarLigue Round 16 clash at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin, Raul Gonzalez, Henrik Toft Hansen and Elohim Prandi gave us their thoughts on the capital club's 14th successive league win.

Raul Gonzalez (Paris Saint-Germain Handball coach):
"Créteil had a great match, but my feelings are mixed concerning our performance; it was difficult in attack and defence. Despite everything, the most important thing is that we managed to win despite the quality of our game this afternoon. It's a 14th Lidl Starligue victory, but I'm already focused on our next match."

Elohim Prandi (Paris Saint-Germain Handball left-back):
"That was a tough first match back in competition in the Lidl Starligue. Créteil produced a beautiful game and were very aggressive in defence. They were also able to count on two good goalkeepers this afternoon. On our side, not everything was perfect, with some ball losses and failures from shots. Maybe we had a bit of a dip after the match against Szeged, but we just need to get back on track and continue to build confidence. I'm happy to be back on the court, although I may still have some apprehension with my shoulder. I'm going to get back to my usual level little by little.
We continued our series of winning run but we can see that in the Lidl StarLigue nothing is easy, even against a team with relatively few points. You always have to be at 100%."

Henrik Toft Hansen (Paris Saint-Germain Handball pivot):
"Créteil played very well today. They were very solid in defense. Even though, for us, not everything was perfect, we're happy to take the two points. Maybe we should have put in a little more intensity. The rhythm of the matches is going to crescendo, and it's up to us to be present in these future matches."
