Henrik, best defender of the week
Thanks to Henrik Toft Hansen's excellent performance, Paris Saint-Germain Handball brought home a solid win from Cesson-Rennes (22-28). The Danish international was voted best defender of Liqui Moly StarLigue Round 24.
His defensive work Les Rouge et Bleu is amazing! Always within the rules of the game, Henrik made the task much easier for his goalkeepers Jannick Green (five saves) and Andreas Palicka (four saves, 57% success rate) by considerably hampering the opposing offensive line. He was also at the origin of several counter-attacks that proved decisive. Thanks to him, Les Rouge et Bleu had a very good defensive performance and left Brittany having conceded only 22 goals. Unsurprisingly, he is therefore in the defender's position in the team of the week.
