Ferran Sole: 'We lacked defensive solutions'

Check out the reaction from the Parisian coach and players after the 35-31 win over Zagreb at the Stade Pierre de Coubertin.

RAUL GONZALEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):

"We struggled a lot tonight and in all areas of the game. But in the end, we won after a great fight against this Zagreb team. It's a second win in two games, so it's important for our confidence, and despite the content of the game, we have to be happy with the result. Now we have to turn our attention to the league and the match against Créteil."

FERRAN SOLE (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL RIGHT WINGER):

"Even though we were always in front, Zagreb never gave up. We lacked defensive solutions; we needed to have a simpler game. It's a first home win in the Champions League, and that's what we need to remember about tonight. With the games coming up, winning keeps us in a positive frame of mind and we can now prepare for Sunday's derby."

DOMINIK MATHE (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL RIGHT-BACK):

"We might have thought this match would be easier on paper, but Zagreb were very tough opponents this evening. Despite everything, we won tonight and we'll have to work even harder for our next game. We face Créteil on Sunday and then we're off to Kielce on Wednesday. It's going to be even tougher and we'll have to give everything we've got for the shirt."
