Double award for Nedim
After a great performance against Celje (31-23), Paris Saint-Germain Handball right-back Nedim Remili received several awards for the second leg of the EHF Champions League Round of 16.
First of all, the French international earned a place in the Top Goals of the week. Teed up by Luc Steins, Nedim found a space in the Slovenian backline and took off before following up with a perfectly controlled ball, which ended up sneaking in at Miljan Vujovic's far post.
The top 5 goals for the #ehfcl Play-offs 2nd match are here, just make sure you don't miss #1! 🔥💥

But our player did not stop there, because with his five goals he earned a place in the Best 7 for the Round of 16 second legs. In fact, he was voted the best right-back in this phase of the competition!
Since the beginning of the season, Nedim has scored 49 goals on the European stage. No doubt he will want to improve his record in the quarterfinals against Kiel in mid-May.
