Dainis named in Round 15's Best 7
A great match cannot be won without great individual performances, and Dainis Kristopans' turn was instrumental in Paris Saint-Germain Handball's win in Nantes (32-33). Fittingly, our Latvian international was included in the Best 7 for Liqui Moly StarLigue Round 15!
What power! Dainis put The H's defence through a real ordeal. Between his incursions beyond the six-metre line the missiles he fired from the dotted line, Dainis left his opponents next to no chance of stopping him. In fact, he managed to score from six of his eight attempts. He was also often found at the other end of the court, where he did a lot to make Andreas Palicka's job easier. Unsurprisingly, he was voted the best right-back of the round.
