Benoit Kounkoud: 'Happy, but we want that title'

The Parisians have qualified for the final of the Coupe de France, to be played on June 11 at the Accor Hotel Arena. On Saturday night, they disposed of Toulouse (39-32).

RAÚL GONZÁLEZ (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL COACH):

"We made the difference in the first 15 minutes. We are very happy to play this final against Nantes. Everyone wants to win a title; we will do everything to achieve it. We will travel to Kiel with a lighter mind after this match. We will be able to work well, as this match gives us a lot of confidence."

BENOIT KOUNKOUD (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL RIGHT-WINGER):

"We made a good start, which allowed us to manage the lead throughout the match. We are happy: we are going to the AccorHotel Arena! The match is never over until it's over - they came back a few times, and we had some weak moments, but we managed to stay focused and stay in the lead. But a final is never a foregone conclusion. There were no injuries, and we can always do more, but right now we are focusing on Kiel."

HENRIK TOFT HANSEN (PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN HANDBALL PIVOT):

"We started the game well, and it was a good semi before the final. It will be a great final against Nantes. I am happy with the way we started the game. It was important to win in this way before the second leg against Kiel, who are also a great team."
