And three for Luc!

The NHL Trophies ceremony were held on Thursday. For the third year running, Paris Saint-Germain Handball centre-half Luc Steins was named best player in the Liqui Moly StarLigue.

Once again, the Dutch international was one of the favourites to win the award. Having scored 82 goals in France's elite handball league this season, our centre-half had his best campaign in front of goal since he started playing in the Liqui Moly StarLigue. In addition, his many assists have often enabled Paris Saint-Germain Handball to make the difference in attack. In fact, the fact that Les Rouge the Bleu finished the championship as the best attacking team (1,074 goals!) Owes plenty to Luc and his magical assists.

It's worth noting that three of his team-mates also feature in this season's Best 7: Kamil Syprzak, Elohim Prandi and Dainis Kristopans.
