A record for Paris
Against Aix, Les Rouge et Bleu not only secured their 11th French Championship title, but also took the club to an all-time high.
When Paris Saint-Germain Handball hosted PAUC at the Accor Arena in Bercy, they set a new record for the largest number of spectators at a French championship match.
Previously held by Nantes in their Hall XXL, with 11,019 spectators, the record set by Les Rouge et Bleu is now almost 15,000 spectators: 14840 to be exact.
So it was a great evening, with the official announcement of an 11th title, the farewells for Nikola and the other departing players, and this indoor record.
