At the age of 4, Warren Zaïre-Emery began playing football in Aubervilliers. Quickly, the Montreuil native caught the eye of Paris Saint-Germain and impressed with his early talent. Warren was consistently playing in teams above his age group. At 15, the central midfielder was an undisputed starter for the U19s, even helping them qualify for the Youth League Round of 16, directly involved in two goals against Bruges (3-2).

These displays earned him a direct promotion to the first team squad, even before celebrating his sixteenth birthday. In 2022, Warren Zaïre-Emery won the U17 European Championship with France and was named the tournament's best player. Zaïre-Emery continued to showcase his talent and maturity in training, eventually signing his first professional contract with the club from the capital on 15 July 2022. A few weeks later, the central midfielder became the youngest player in the club's history to play in a competitive match, coming on as a substitute against Clermont at the age of 16 years, 4 months, and 29 days.

Warren Zaïre-Emery continued to break records in Ligue 1 and the Champions League, becoming the youngest player in Paris Saint-Germain's history to start a knockout-stage match, against Bayern Munich. In the 2022-2023 season, he won his first French league title with Paris, playing in 26 matches at the age of just 17.
