What to look out for in July...

Pre-season training starts today (Monday 8 July) as the French champions begin the build-up to the 2019/20 campaign.

Just a few weeks after picking up the club's eighth league crown, the Parisian squad gets back to work this morning.

Fitness and medical tests await the squad on Monday and Tuesday to enable a bespoke training programme to be drawn up and then followed at the Ooredoo Centre over the coming weeks.

The squad will play two friendlies in Germany on 16 and 20 July against Dynamo Dresden and Nuremberg respectively. A little taster of what to expect when they head to China on 24 July.

Macau, Suzhou and Shenzhen are on the itinerary with the Rouge-et-Bleu taking on Inter Milan at Macau's Stade Olympique on 27 July, then Sydney FC on 30 July at the Suzhou Olympic Stadium all as part of the International Super Cup.

During this summer tour, the players will also take part in a number of sponsor activations.

Then it'll be off to Shenzhen where Stade Rennais are the opponents in the Trophée des Champions 2019 on 3 August for the first competitive fixture - and hopefully the first trophy - of the new season.

Keep up to date on the pre-season build-up with PSG.FR and PSG TV!
