Zaïre-Emery, the club's youngest player!

In coming on during Matchday 1 of Ligue 1 and the 5-0 victory over Clermont on Saturday 6 August at the Stade Gabriel Montpied, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Warren Zaïre-Emery made his first appearance in a competitive match for the club from the capital's first team, becoming at 16 years, 4 months and 29 days, the youngest player to feature for Les Rouge et Bleu.

Born on 8 March 2006 at Montreuil (Seine-Saint-Denis), Warren Zaïre-Emery came through the ranks at Paris Saint-Germain after joining in 2014. Crowned European U17s Champion last June with the France U17s alongside club teammate El Chadaille Bitshiabu,  he became the youngest player to play for the club from the capital, just a few weeks after signing his first professional contract with Les Rouge et Bleu. Zaïre-Emery became the 488th player to play for Paris Saint-Germain.
