Barcola and Kolo Muani's France snatch 1st place from Italy

The French team with Paris Saint-Germain players Warren Zaïre-Emery, Bradley Barcola and Randal Kolo Muani beat Gianluigi Donnarumma's Italy 3-1 on Sunday 17th November at the Stadio San Siro in Milan on the sixth and final day of the UEFA Nations League group stage.

A victory by a two-goal margin means that Les Bleus are now top of the group, taking first place from the Squadra Azzurra.

France will therefore be seeded in the draw for the quarter-finals of the competition, which will take place at noon on Friday 22nd November at UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland.
