USA ends France's U20 World Cup adventure

Moussa Diaby and France's young hopefuls went down 3-2 in the last 16 encounter in Bydgoszcz.

After trailing to Soto's 25th-minute opener, Bernard Diomède's side hit back thanks in large part to Diaby, who saw his approach work finished off by Gouiri (41') and Alioui (55').

But Soto added a second from a pass from Timothy Weah (74') before Rennicks got the winner (83') to send France home.
