Uruguay lead group thanks to Cavani
On Matchday 3 of the Copa América 2019, Uruguay defeated Chile 1-0 courtesy of Edinson Cavani's headed goal.
El Matador netted his second goal of the competition that saw Uruguay top the group and they will now play Peru in the quarter-finals on 29 June in Recife.
