Tuchel: 'Give everything out on the pitch'

On the eve of celebrating an eighth Ligue 1 title in Paris Saint-Germain's history, coach Thomas Tuchel spoke to the press ahead of Saturday's home match against Dijon.

SQUAD
"Thiago Silva is injured. Marquinhos, Ney, Kimpembe, Verratti and Bernat are all suspended. Mbappé is back from suspension and the rest of the squad is available."

MATCH vs DIJON
"It's very important for us to finish with a win at the Parc des Princes. We need to play with a good mentality and a lot of quality. We are missing a lot of players and it will be a real challenge. But the season isn't finished yet and the players will give everything out on the pitch. It's important to win in front of our supporters."

CELEBRATE THE TITLE
"We are celebrating a little bit late. It's like you get given a birthday present four weeks after your birthday. But it's great to win and it's my first league title here in France. I am learning every day and improving. That's my objective. It was an aim of mine to come and coach here in France after the Bundesliga. It is a great challenge."

KEEP PROGRESSING
"It was more difficult in recent weeks but the team has done a fantastic job throughout the season, up until the game against Marseille. We are very happy with this season. We have to improve certain things in defence, create a team capable of playing lots of matches at high intensity. We know how to play well. We want to continue on this road. We have seen a lot of things this season. We will be ready for next season!"

A MESSAGE FOR THE SUPPORTERS
"We love playing at the Parc des Princes, it's extraordinary. I hope we play well to celebrate the title in style. But it is never easy winning a trophy, you have to go out and do it. It's important for us to play well and win tomorrow."
