Tuchel: 'Excellent spirit'

Paris Saint-Germain coach Thomas Tuchel spoke to the media ahead of Saturday's Week 10 Ligue 1 clash against Amiens at 17:00 CET at the Parc des Princes in the traditional pre-match press conference.

SQUAD UPDATE
"Layvin Kurzawa, Dani Alves and Colin Dagba are still injured. They are working hard to come back as quickly as possible. The others are all in good form. Concerning tomorrow's match, we have to manage the playing time of Neymar, Marquinhos and Thomas Meunier, who played a lot with their national teams. I promised the players a week off if they beat Nice, Red Star Belgrade and Lyon. They did it, but they are also great professionals. Thiago Silva came and trained here three days and the other that remained in Paris all followed individual programs. It was the right time for everyone to get away from things, and recharge the batteries."

AN INTERNATIONAL BREAK
"It's always difficult for the coaches after an international break. But I am happy with my players spirit and attitude and what I've seen since they've been back in training. Everyone is back now and we need to be careful with the players health, change up the intensity of the training sessions, but we are used to this type of situation. We also know that tomorrow will be a tough game against Amiens, a team that defends well and defends together."

TURNOVER
"We have to make decisions at the right time. Alphonse will play tomorrow because he has to prepare for Wednesday's match against Napoli. When Gigi Buffon's suspension is over, we will talk with the 'keepers about what to do. As for the others, the easiest to manage the playing time of is Neymar, because we have a lot of attacking players. For Meunier and Marquinhos, it's a little more complicated because Dagba is injured, Kimpembe is suspended and we can't give everyone a rest. We have a few ideas and we will make a decision tonight. But it's not to do with our opponent. We have to look after our players to avoid injury."
