Timothy Weah joins Lille Olympique Sporting Club
The USA international has joined Lille on a permanent deal.
After coming through the Paris Saint-Germain youth academy and signing his first professional contract on 3 July 2017, the New York-born forward made six appearances and scored twice for the Rouge et Bleu. He won two Ligue 1 titles (2018, 2019), one Coupe de France (2018) and a Trophée des Champions (2018). He also won a U17 French title with the club (2018).
The 19-year-old, who is the son of George Weah, joined Celtic on loan last January, winning the Scottish double, and scoring four goals in 17 games.
