Timothée Pembélé signs contract extension
Paris Saint-Germain is pleased to announce that Timothée Pembélé has signed a contract extension until 30 June 2024.
The 18-year-old defender joined the PSG youth academy in 2015 and has been training with the first team since summer 2020. The boy from Beaumont-sur-Oise in the Paris suburbs was part of the Parisian squad for the Final 8 of the Champions League last August in Lisbon, and won the French U17 Championship in the 2016-2017 season.
Timothée is a France U18 international (9 caps), and has also made 7 appearances in the UEFA Youth League with the capital's U19 team (2 goals, 1 assist). On 28 November 2020, he made his first team debut for Paris Saint-Germain against Bordeaux.
Paris Saint-Germain wishes Timothée all the best for the rest of his professional career in the Rouge & Bleu jersey.
