Thomas Tuchel: 'Show our best face'

Ahead of Sunday's Ligue 1 encounter in Monaco where his team are aiming for a 13th successive win, coach Thomas Tuchel faced the media.

MONACO PREPARATIONS
"Monaco are a big Ligue 1 club and it's dangerous to play there. They have a lot of individual quality. Lopes and Falcao are two top-level forwards. Monaco are in a difficult situation, they have played with a lot of systems and a lot of different players during recent matches. It's difficult to prepare for this match because we don't know what they're going to do against us. On the other hand, our priority is to play to our best. We still have a lot to do in terms of our passing, our pressing...It's up to us to show our best face. It's a challenge and we have to prepare thoroughly to produce our best performance."

SET THE BAR VERY HIGH
"Today's training session will be important to feel how ready the players are for tomorrow. If we're not ready for every game, it's possible to lose. We have to always play to our best, to have that attitude. The bar is very high and I want us to produce the same performance as against Lille, that we show the same attitude as against Napoli. I expect nothing less."

RETURN OF DANI ALVES AND KURZAWA
"Monaco are in a difficult situation partly because they have a lot of injured players. On our side, we're lucky to have all our players available. Dani Alves and Layvin Kurzawa are back with us, thanks notably to the work of the medical staff and fitness coaches."

ADRIEN RABIOT
"Adrien could play tomorrow, we have to decide after today's training session. It was hard for him not to play against Marseille, it was a big decision. Julian [Draxler] played well in midfield against Lille and Napoli. Adrien is a very important player, he has to be ready and he is, given what I saw in training yesterday."
