Thomas Tuchel: 'Extraordinary attitude'

See what the Paris Saint-Germain coach and squad had to say after their 1-0 UEFA Champions League win at Galatasaray.

Thomas Tuchel (Paris Saint-Germain coach)
"Galatasaray changed their system. Usually, they play 4-1-4-1, but tonight they went 5-3-2. We needed to adapt. We had a lot of chances, possession, shots, but there are phases of the game you can't control. The pitch was difficult so it was necessary to match them physically. For a coach, it's important his team shows an extraordinary attitude. That was the case this evening. Everyone now knows we have worked hard. We gave everything to get the win, and it's deserved."

Presnel Kimpembe (Paris Saint-Germain defender)
"Of course it's difficult in such an atmosphere, but when you're focussed, you tune out the environment. We took some time to score, but stayed confident. At the break, the coach told us to stay focussed and keep going. That's what we did, and it's an important win."

Idrissa Gueye (Paris Saint-Germain midfielder)
"It was magnificent. We love that kind of atmosphere. It's not easy to win here, but we were solid enough to take the win. The most important thing today was to not concede a goal and try to find a way through. Of course it's very important to have won this evening, but there are other games to come."

Mauro Icardi (Paris Saint-Germain forward)
"I'm happy to have scored my first Paris goal, all the more so in the Champions League. I'm happy with the team's display, because it's never easy here. We're satisfied with the win and we were strong. I'm still not 100 per cent, but I'm getting back to my best little by little."
