Thomas Tuchel: 'A great reaction'

Thomas Tuchel, Sergio Rico, Abdou Diallo and Julian Draxler shared their thoughts on Saturday's win over Brest.

Thomas Tuchel (Paris Saint-Germain coach)
"It wasn't an easy game! There were a lot of changes in the team, it was necessary. The team showed a good attitude. It's not easy to win here, no team had managed to do it this season. It was a good football match. We played well, as did Brest, who were confident. We had problems creating clear-cut chances, because we made a few technical mistakes. Some players hadn't played or had only played a bit recently. They had to get up to speed during the game. After the equaliser, we had a great reaction."

Sergio Rico (Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper)
"I'm very happy! It's a big day for me, I'm really happy to have played for this great club, this great time. I'm very happy. It was a keenly contested game, balanced. We gave everything to get the win. The team was strong mentally to get the three points."

Abdou Diallo (Paris Saint-Germain defender)
"The win does us good, even though we would have liked to have had more style to it, but you have to know how to win these kinds of games. Playing against my brother? It's very strange. I wish him all the best, but at the same time, I want to win. He played well, so I'm happy and proud of him. As for us, we won, so it was the perfect evening."

Julian Draxler (Paris Saint-Germain midfielder)
"It was a tough game. We're the first team to win here this season. We've played a lot of games in recent weeks, so it wasn't easy. I'm happy to have started my first game in a long time. We won too, so I'm very happy. My display? I'm still not 100%, that's clear, given I haven't played in a long time, but for my first game, it wasn't bad." speaking to beIN SPORTS 1
