The Parisians lead the top scorers and assisters charts
After claiming their 11th French league title at Strasbourg on Saturday evening, Paris Saint-Germain are also top of the league's scoring and assist charts.
Lionel Messi scored his 16th goal of the season for the Rouge et Bleu after being set up by Kylian Mbappé. The goal was Paris' 43rd in 19 away matches this season, more than any other team in Europe's top five leagues all season.
While Paris may be shining in the standings after claiming their 11th Ligue 1 title, dethroning AS Saint-Etienne's 10, they are not to be outdone in the league's top scorers and passers either. French striker Kylian Mbappé is still top of the scoring charts with 28 goals, the same number as last year when he finished top scorer. He is ahead of Alexandre Lacazette (27) and Jonathan David (24). There are two Parisians in the top 15: the Argentinian is 10th with 16 goals, while Brazilian Neymar Jr is 14th with 13 Ligue 1 goals this season.
Paris Saint-Germain are also well represented in the assists chart. The Parisian number 30, Lionel Messi, is alone at the top with 16 assists. He is ahead of Jonathan Clauss (11) and team-mate Neymar Jr (11). Kylian Mbappé is also in the top 15, in 14th place with 6 assists. Individual talent at the service of the team for our three Parisians in these rankings.
